Hey Mockingbird Heights! I have a question for you.
Do you think that we are in a buyer's market or on a sell's market? I lived and played in Mockingbird Heights for more than 12 years and have sold more real estate in Mockingbird Heights than anybody in the history of its subdivision and I want to continue to be that expert for Mockingbird Heights and share that information with you so that you can be informed about your most important investment, right? Your home. So, are we in a buyer's market or are we in a seller market?
My answer is we're in a iffy Market. I think the truth is that most people will say that we are more into a buyer market um they do seem to have the more upper hand because we have more inventory interest rates are higher so buyers are still kind of sitting it out waiting for that interest rate to change. However, the reason that I say that we are in an iffy Market is because I don't have a crystal ball but in my experience I do believe that this spring is going to bring something different so I think that we can be very hopeful that we'll have an actual balance market. We haven't seen a balanced market for years in our our neighborhood or in the whole city so actually that might not be a bad thing to have a balanced market.
So we'll wait to see what the verdict says but remember anything will sell as long as it's priced correctly Market it correctly and it's the right condition and of course you have the right person to guide you to get you the there.
