"Do I sell or not sell?" is a great question that isn't the easiest to answer. So, when is a good time to sell? Hi, I'm Isabel Guzman, broker associate and REALTOR® with eXp Realty. Let's get to it and try to answer that question for you.

First and foremost, consider what is happening in the current market. Are we in a seller's market with low inventory and high buyer demand, or are we in a buyer's market where homes linger and prices are stagnant? If it's a seller's market, now might be an ideal time to list as it might be the most effective and least stressful time.

Next, think about your personal circumstances. Regardless of what the market is doing, has your life changed recently? Has your family grown significantly? Have you had a career shift or do you simply desire something different, maybe a simpler life?

Consider your financial readiness, which is crucial. Are you in a better financial position now than you were a few years ago? Are you ready to list your home and find a new one?

Finally, consider the future outlook. Economic indicators like inflation, interest rates, and global events can influence the timing and may sometimes determine your decision. Ultimately, the decision to sell is about more than just what the market is doing; it's about aligning with your life timing. Honestly, the best time to sell is when it's right for you.
