This will put you in a better position to negotiate an offer. You also want to identify your priorities. Make a list of your must-haves and can’t live without. Consider factors like location, size, and number of bedrooms and baths. Always be patient and flexible. The home-buying process can be time-consuming and sometimes frustrating.
