Hello New Braunfels!! Can you believe we're in the second month of 2024.

So what's the latest housing data for New Braunfels?

Currently we continue to see a slowdown in the market for so many reasons but what are we to expect for the near future.

For now let's take a look at what is happening right here in New Braunfels Texas.

Hi I'm Isabel Guzman Broker Associate and Realtor with eXp Realty.

As of the latest month reported there were 923 active listings, 233 pending homes and we were at a 5 months of inventory.

Let's break some of these numbers down for just a minute the last 8 months of 2023.

Active listings trended higher each month creating more inventory translating to less homes being sold and a bigger supply in housing which is why we have also seen months of inventory trending higher and higher over the last few months.

In fact, it's been the highest in a very long time so what does this mean?

Well, it means that we are either well into a buyer's market or right at its front door!

Now with the constant ships happening in the market recently it's hard to pinpoint its state and what it means to you as a buyer or a homeowner.
